She’s learning alongside the women who come to the workshops, and understands first-hand how empowering it feels to take on a task you’ve never done before. When she picked up tools for her own home, she found that grouting and tiling turned out to be about far more than the job itself — it was a reminder of just how capable we can be when we give ourselves the chance.
